Job Summary

A developer of time tracking and productivity monitoring software is in need of a Remote People Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing recruiting and People Operations staff in our APAC division
  • Owning the full employee lifecycle
  • Driving the research, planning and implementation of new global People Operations programs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of People Operations experience
  • At least 2+ years management experience
  • The ability to deftly handle sensitive staff relations matters
  • Technical proficiency in basic workplace efficiency tools
  • Experience working in a highly multicultural, global company
  • Deep knowledge of best practices in global human resources
