Job Summary
A developer of time tracking and productivity monitoring software is in need of a Remote People Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing recruiting and People Operations staff in our APAC division
- Owning the full employee lifecycle
- Driving the research, planning and implementation of new global People Operations programs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of People Operations experience
- At least 2+ years management experience
- The ability to deftly handle sensitive staff relations matters
- Technical proficiency in basic workplace efficiency tools
- Experience working in a highly multicultural, global company
- Deep knowledge of best practices in global human resources
