Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote People Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance the people team systems
- Maintain all benefits relationships, processes and annual open enrollment
- Research and lead the implementation and management of compensation programs
Position Requirements Include:
- 6+ years progressive experience with People Operations or Total Rewards with management experience
- Strong knowledge and experience with US labor law, tax and compliance
- Deep understanding of benefit plan design and administration
- Experience owning open enrollment process end-to-end
- Highly discreet when dealing with sensitive payroll and benefit matters
