Job Summary
A business technology and services firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing our onboarding and offboarding program
- Being the point of contact for benefits, payroll, and employee relations, policies and procedures
- Partnering with Recruiting to ensure a smooth new hire experience
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7+ years of experience in a generalist Human Resources position
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Working knowledge of California employment law
- Experience managing employee relations, investigations and resolutions
- Proven problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a startup environment with ongoing change and growth
