Job Summary
A healthcare provider has an open position for a Remote People Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Supporting operations from onboarding through to offboarding
- Developing and maintaining cross-functional relationships with team members to serve as a trusted people resource from team members’ first day and beyond.
- Curating content and training programs for our Learning Management System, both during onboarding and for development and growth paths for team members and managers.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of People Ops/HR experience
- A passion for our mission to redefine behavioral health for children and their families
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills
