Job Summary
An early education childcare marketplace needs applicants for an opening for a Remote People Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Own and optimize strategy and interaction with our outsourced HR vendors
- Optimize and support all people systems
- Assist our Head of Talent with the development of HR-related programs
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong project management skills and ability to move ideas through to deliverables
- Energized by working with others, collaborating on ideas, collecting insight and input from others
- Experienced facilitator, comfortable presenting to groups in a virtual setting
- Can navigate ambiguity when priorities change by remaining focused
- Holistically thinking about the talent lifecycle with a critical eye and a close attention to detail
- Proof of being pragmatic, and business-focused, not just academic
