Job Summary
An alcoholic beverage e-commerce company is seeking a Remote People Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead investigative process when Team Member complaints are reported
- Oversee performance management including PIP’s and Terminations
- Assist with Benefit administration
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience with both federal & state compliance, benefits, leave administration & performance management
