Job Summary

An e-commerce fashion retailer has an open position for a Remote People Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Managing People Operations strategy across all functional areas
Creating and overseeing the implementation of a robust talent acquisition strategy
Writing job descriptions by collaborating with managers, employees, and senior leadership

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Human Resources certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) required
5+ years of experience performing full-cycle recruitment for a growing organization
In-depth knowledge of recruiting and interviewing methods and assessments
Strong proficiency using job boards, social media recruitment, candidate assessments, and applicant tracking systems
Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
