Job Summary
A pentesting platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing appropriate HR and administrative policies, programs, processes and systems
- Building strong relationships and acting as People team point of contact to support employees and managers
- Partnering with and coach managers on performance management, feedback, and employee development
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- High attention to details and multitasking skills
- A ‘can do attitude’ and result-oriented
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field
