Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Grow our employee listening and engagement offering in a modern and dynamic way
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, seasonal virtual team engagement activities, and other training under the talent development umbrella
- Provide end-to-end management of our development programs
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of relevant HRBP experience
- Experience in all facets of talent management
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and self-driven
- Strong focus on learning and understanding the goals and strategies of our business units and the connection to our people
- Proven track record of achieving goals/objectives
