Job Summary

has an open position for a Remote People Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Grow our employee listening and engagement offering in a modern and dynamic way
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, seasonal virtual team engagement activities, and other training under the talent development umbrella
• Provide end-to-end management of our development programs

Position Requirements Include:

• 5+ years of relevant HRBP experience
• Experience in all facets of talent management
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and self-driven
• Strong focus on learning and understanding the goals and strategies of our business units and the connection to our people
• Proven track record of achieving goals/objectives
