Job Summary

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Grow our employee listening and engagement offering in a modern and dynamic way
Facilitate new hire onboarding, seasonal virtual team engagement activities, and other training under the talent development umbrella
Provide end-to-end management of our development programs

Position Requirements Include:

5+ years of relevant HRBP experience
Experience in all facets of talent management
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and self-driven
Strong focus on learning and understanding the goals and strategies of our business units and the connection to our people
Proven track record of achieving goals/objectives
