Job Summary
A software developer is filling a position for a Remote People Operations Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning the administration of compensation; and manage the research and development of competitive compensation packages
- Managing participation in salary surveys and compensation benchmarking
- Owning and managing the day-to-day operation and administration of benefit programs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist capacity
- 2+ years of experience managing People Ops function through programs and operations
- Deep knowledge of People & Culture/HR standards and best practices across North America
- Experience working in an organization that has a remote and distributed work environment
- Excellent working experience and knowledge of Canadian and US Benefits
- Excellent working experience with Canadian and US employment law
