A social media company is in need of a Remote People Operations Partner Leader.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading People Ops Partner team to deliver exceptional HR program operations
- Driving and consulting on strategic global program & process change initiatives
- Solving root HR operations challenges
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years of experience in HR, consulting, business operations, or people strategy
- 2+ years of people management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading, influencing, collaborating and presenting on complex cross-functional projects
- Experience in shifting priorities while maintaining organization and control independently
- Experience with MS Office, Google Suite, Workday, and HRIS systems
- Experience analyzing and observing trends and insights
