Job Summary

A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Recruiter in Pasadena.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Sourcing candidates through online resources
• Rolling out various hiring manager learning opportunities related to recruiting
• Overseeing direct candidate outreach, campus recruiting, networking, and industry organization outreach

Position Requirements Include:

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or other related fields
• 3+ years of professional experience working as a recruiter in a complex, fast-paced, growing organization, with a track record of hiring the right talent quickly
• Ability to seek out qualified candidates, negotiate, and influence outcomes
• Ability to develop qualified candidates, discuss strengths and weaknesses with hiring managers confidently
