Job Summary
A on-profit organization is in need of a Remote People Operations Recruiting Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain records for all applicants in Workday and on SharePoint
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates
- Maintain recruitment-related department records
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Prior experience with the full cycle recruiting process and onboarding best practices
- 7-10 years of work experience, specifically in recruiting or talent-related roles
- Experience developing research strategies and sourcing passive candidates
- Adept at using Outlook, Excel & Word
- Experience leveraging websites and social media to promote a company's brand
