Job Summary
A nonprofit behavioral health organization is seeking a Remote People Operations Recruitment Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Recruit talent in a highly competitive market
- Use various sources, including hiring events, social media networks and employee referrals
- Manage and prioritize multiple searches
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Knowledge of recruiting workflow processes and metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field, or equivalent years of recruitment experience
- Proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications with familiarity with Applicant Tracking and HRIS Systems
- Knowledge of state and federal employment law
