- Driving operational excellence for the People Team organization through strategic and day-to-day leadership
- Developing and overseeing ongoing planning and program/project management services
- Overseeing all People operations activities
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR Ops, Technology, or analytics space
- 7+ years of experience in analytics – experience leading cross-functional teams
- 5+ years building strategy and leading teams
- Strong Agile program management experience, change management and communication skills
- Strong experience leading and coaching teams
- Consulting mindset and experience leading major HR technology implementations
