Job Summary
A company that provides financial solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People Operations Senior Manager.
Must be able to:
- Oversee CommonBond's HRIS platform, inclusive of onboarding & offboarding, payroll, tax, and benefit administration to ensure it appropriately supports the business and compliance aspects for the company.
- Create and manage company-wide benefit offerings while staying on top of recent trends and ensuring CommonBond cost effectively meets employees needs to remain competitive with the industry's top companies.
- Define a competitive, transparent, and scalable compensation strategy as our business and talent evolves, utilizing best practices around market research and data.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in a People function.
- Highest ethical standards, integrity, authenticity, credibility and character.
- Extensive knowledge of compensation, benefits, HR operations and performance management.
- Inspires a culture of innovation, execution, collaboration, accountability, positivity and fun.
