A health technology company has an open position for a Remote People Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being the new-hire advocate through on-boarding, hosting orientations, planning day one agendas, etc
- Assisting with the development and organization of bi-annual employee performance review cycles
- Assisting with our immigration workflow through our legal partners
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition operational role
- Strong computer skills with Google Suite, MS Office, Rippling, Lever
