Job Summary

A health technology company has an open position for a Remote People Operations Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Being the new-hire advocate through on-boarding, hosting orientations, planning day one agendas, etc
  • Assisting with the development and organization of bi-annual employee performance review cycles
  • Assisting with our immigration workflow through our legal partners

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition operational role
  • Strong computer skills with Google Suite, MS Office, Rippling, Lever
