Job Summary
A research software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote People Operations Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing, facilitating & coordinating a large portion of the new hire experience, including new hire paperwork, systems data entry, etc
- Overseeing Employee Engagement programs, including planning, execution & facilitation of company-wide events, awards & initiatives
- Supporting recruiting efforts to expand the User Interviews team & managing onboarding processes for new hires
Position Requirements Include:
- 2-4 years experience as an HR Generalist
- At least 1-2 years of full-cycle SaaS recruiting
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience thinking outside-the-box to source best-in-class talent
- Passion for remote work
- Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
