A computer software company has a current position open for a Remote People Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting hiring managers with developing job descriptions, recruiting, interviewing & the logistics in hiring for open positions
- Being responsible for new hire experience: developing onboarding plan, scheduling logistics & attendance for various training sessions
- Being the first point of contact for employees answering a wide variety of questions within the HR wheelhouse
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years applicable HR experience
- Consistently act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to maintain data with 100% accuracy
