Job Summary
A healthcare technology company has a current position open for a Remote People Operations Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice while serving as the first line support for employee inquiries
- Assist employees with benefits inquiries including: enrollment, claim issues, plan questions, and status changes
- Process and administer all leave of absence requests and paperwork, coordinating with all stakeholders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of experience in HR/and or benefits administration
- Expert level MS Excel & GSuite skills
- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Analytical strengths, attention to detail, and ability to problem solve and perform audits of daily work
- Ability to foster effective working cross-functional relationships as well as with vendors and external stakeholders
