A company that provides storage, moving technology, and transportation services has a current position open for a Remote People Operations Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing, training, and developing a team of 3-5 HR Generalists and Coordinators
- Serving as People Team contact for management of worker’s compensation claims
- Monitoring and reporting on a range of HR compliance metrics
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of work experience in human resources or related field
- Strong experience in a wide range of human resources functions
- Experience in worker's compensation, employee relations, and leave of absence policies
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
