Job Summary
A publisher engagement company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People Operations Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing strategic HR leadership and consultation
- Driving talent acquisition for departments
- Analyzing and providing guidance on the current organizational state and future requirements of all business units
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years in an HR capacity
- You’ve led People/HR at high growth
- You’re comfortable with ‘firing fast and hiring slow’ and have managed periods of scaling up
- Able to act as a player coach with a small People team
- Able to manage benefits across multiple countries
- Indexes towards providing candid feedback
