Job Summary
A company that will create brands targeting various health conditions is in need of a Remote People Operations Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building a People Operations Function from scratch
- Inspiring a performance-driven work culture by creating and implementing a global leveling framework
- Elevating as an employer of choice via a best-in-class total rewards philosophy
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of experience as an executive or senior leader for a People Team function in a high-growth environment
- 2+ years scaling a company exponentially, starting with fewer than 100 employees
- 10+ years of progressive experience building and optimizing HR processes, systems, and structures
- 5+ years of hands-on compensation & benefits planning, including knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements
- Demonstrable skill on the creation and implementation of comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy
- Extensive knowledge of employment law and best practices in California, New York, and Massachusetts
