Job Summary

A cloud-based business plan software company has an open position for a Remote People Ops Associate .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
• Create job descriptions and define interviewing processes for open positions
• Create, send, analyze and report on employee surveys

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years experience working in people ops
• Very strong organization skills, attention to detail and process mindset
• Excellent communication skills and empathy
• Self-motivated, resourceful, perseverant and a team player
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize information quickly and effectively
• Experience with some HR tools and willingness to learn and implement new ones
