Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote People Partner Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting with the communication and rollout of updated or new people programs and policies
- Providing leadership to the team and support functions
- Achieving strategic business initiatives and deliver results
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- HR Experience supporting an Enterprise or SaaS business
- Minimum of 10 years of HR/People experience with a minimum of 5 years as a People Partner
- Experience working with Product Management or Design client groups
- Ability to collaborate and proactively communicate across locations
- Proven experience providing business insights to inform people strategy
- Proven track record of identifying people problems and using strategic skills to drive and influence appropriate solutions
