Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote People Partner Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assisting with the communication and rollout of updated or new people programs and policies
• Providing leadership to the team and support functions
• Achieving strategic business initiatives and deliver results

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• HR Experience supporting an Enterprise or SaaS business
• Minimum of 10 years of HR/People experience with a minimum of 5 years as a People Partner
• Experience working with Product Management or Design client groups
• Ability to collaborate and proactively communicate across locations
• Proven experience providing business insights to inform people strategy
• Proven track record of identifying people problems and using strategic skills to drive and influence appropriate solutions
