Job Summary
A biotechnology company is in need of a Remote People Partner Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner directly with senior leaders and executives to understand business needs
- Provide input to the People strategy and roadmap
- Act as a change leader, identifying opportunities and needs for change and leading the change management effort
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or other related field
- At least 5 years as an HRBP in a hyper-growth environment
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
