Job Summary

A biotechnology company is in need of a Remote People Partner Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Partner directly with senior leaders and executives to understand business needs
Provide input to the People strategy and roadmap
Act as a change leader, identifying opportunities and needs for change and leading the change management effort

Position Requirements Include:

10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or other related field
At least 5 years as an HRBP in a hyper-growth environment
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
