Job Summary

An information security company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote People Partner in Atlanta.

Must be able to:

• Partner with the Director of People Operations to establish and deploy strategies within the areas of culture, talent, change management and organizational development
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices
• Comply with laws and regulations including ACA, policy and procedures, wage and hour laws, benefits, compliance and others

Qualifications Include:

• Being a proven leader with 5-7 years of experience working in the HR/People Ops field
• Having experience working with HR/People Ops in start-up/ high growth environments
• Being able to project manage and juggle multiple priorities at once
• Being a creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
