Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Communicating the progress on Performance Management processes and
• Designing and implementing of Performance Management processes
• Collaborating with the People Partners to evaluate the learning needs across the organization

Qualifications Include:

• Independent self-starter, with the ability to effectively work collaboratively across disciplines and cultures
• 5+ years experience in People roles with a focus on Performance Management and Learning & Development
• Excellent project and program management skills with a proven ability to work with global teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Lattice, Udemy, and Asana
