Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote People Readiness Manager in Northbrook.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing strategies for continuous improvement necessary to positively impact the employee sourcing
- Leading efforts to improve speed to proficiency and waste elimination
- Materially improving the delivery and quality of “productive” representatives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience preferably in contact center service operations
- Management and leadership experience
- Knowledge of broad strategic frameworks to help shape and drive strategy formation
- Demonstrated track record of innovative change and implementation
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and aggressive, large scale hiring efforts
- Ability to lead diverse teams, both local and remote, and influencing business decision making
