Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote People Readiness Manager in Northbrook.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing strategies for continuous improvement necessary to positively impact the employee sourcing
  • Leading efforts to improve speed to proficiency and waste elimination
  • Materially improving the delivery and quality of “productive” representatives

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years of experience preferably in contact center service operations
  • Management and leadership experience
  • Knowledge of broad strategic frameworks to help shape and drive strategy formation
  • Demonstrated track record of innovative change and implementation
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition and aggressive, large scale hiring efforts
  • Ability to lead diverse teams, both local and remote, and influencing business decision making
