Job Summary

An educational non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote People Relations Compliance and Special Projects Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee business operations related to compliance
  • Coordinate with various department managers to review all departmental compliance policies
  • Design and/or monitor control methods to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • A 2 years' experience as a compliance officer, compliance manager, special projects lead or similar position
  • BA/BS degree in law, business administration/human resources or relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
  • Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
