Job Summary
An educational non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote People Relations Compliance and Special Projects Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee business operations related to compliance
- Coordinate with various department managers to review all departmental compliance policies
- Design and/or monitor control methods to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A 2 years' experience as a compliance officer, compliance manager, special projects lead or similar position
- BA/BS degree in law, business administration/human resources or relevant field
- Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
- Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
