Job Summary
A developer of business automation technology has an open position for a Remote People Relations Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle compliance for Talent Management
- Be the interface between all stakeholders
- Ensure company is aligned with all relevant US and Global pieces of legislation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 years’ experience in the regulatory or compliance field
- Bachelor’s in Labor Legislation, I-O Psychology, Business Administration, Law or another related field
- Expert knowledge of Labor legislation and regulations
- Recent experience in Global People and People Compliance legislation
- Current experience in US local, state, and federal People legislation and Compliance essential
- Negotiating and persuading skills
