Job Summary
A software-as-a-service company is filling a position for a Remote People Services Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Collecting onboarding documents, and data entry into HRIS systems
- Responding to Jira People Services helpdesk employee tickets to resolution
- Running reports to audit new hire data and document to ensure accuracy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 1+ years HR administrative experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and analytical
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize Google products
