Job Summary

A company providing online IT courses is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People Strategy Data Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Report key performance indicators of People data to various partners
• Create informative and intuitive data visualizations
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of our People data by working closely

Required Skills:

• BA/BS with a quantitative focus (e.g, social science, economics, mathematics, statistics)
• More than beginner experience with basic analytical tools such as Excel and SQL
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau
• Passion for using analytical insights and visualizations to tell compelling stories
• Curiosity about solving Human Resource problems
• Track record of problem solving and driving results
