Job Summary
A health insurance company that offers plans for individuals, families, and businesses has an open position for a Remote People Strategy Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing critical and timely input about consequences and implications of local law and best practices to all internal stakeholders
- Supporting and training managers to coach their team and take disciplinary actions if needed; counselling managers
- Working with cross-department stakeholders to ensure programming meets needs of the business
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
- 5+ years work experience in an HR/Business Partner role
- Human Resources Professional Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM)
- Experience applying common HR policies, fair labor laws, employee relations protocol, total rewards programs, compensation structures, etc
- Experience using principles, frameworks, and industry practices related to leadership & management, team performance, talent management, professional development, organizational design, workforce planning
