Job Summary

An education management company that offers mentorship programs is seeking a Remote People Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Peforming learning and development functions, including employee onboarding, workshops, and internal tooling
• Working with many stakeholders including our Culture Committee and leadership team
• Leading professional development workshops/trainings and employee events

Required Skills:

• At least 3-6 years experience in People/Talent/HR
• Demonstrated success with performance management in a high-growth organization
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, with multiple stakeholders with varying needs
• Experience leading professional development workshops/trainings and employee events
• Demonstrated excellent judgment, creative problem-solving, and training/coaching
• Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment law
