Job Summary
A cloud software development company is filling a position for a Remote People System and Tools Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users
- Oversee and maintain optimal function of the organization's internal HR information services systems
- Install, implement, modify, and upgrade software and applications to meet changing business and technology
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least five years of database management or related experience required with at least three years in a supervisory position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required
- Thorough understanding of human resource database construction
- Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product
