Job Summary

A GPS technology products company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People Systems Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting global ticketing system
• Assisting with testing of new Workday functionality and regular Workday release updates
• Replicating and verifying customer issues and escalating appropriately to the People Systems SMEs

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to work independently and perform against tight deadlines and multi-task effectively
• Experience in supporting a global ticketing system for PX systems
• 3+ years supporting HRIS systems and at least 2 years of practical Workday experience
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience in maintaining/creating documentation and effectively explaining requirements, design, development, and testing
