Job Summary

A software provider is in need of a Remote People Systems Analyst in Bellevue.

Must be able to:

  • Research system requirements and document dependencies
  • Manage project teams during the implementation of new HR technology, upgrades, enhancements, and workflow configuration changes
  • Review and make recommendations for system design updates and process workflows to HR systems

Required Skills:

  • Experience managing within defined timelines
  • 2+ years of Workday experience
  • Experience explaining technical processes to non-technical end-users
  • Experience in the customization and implementation of enterprise systems and associated business processes (3+ years)
