Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People Systems Business Systems Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Support break/fixes and enhancements
  • Administer, design, and scale People Systems
  • Support various modules within Workday, HCM and Benefits

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2+ years of Workday administration/configuration experience
  • Experience gathering and documenting business systems requirements for HR
  • Experience with business process analysis and business process improvement
  • Strong comp and/or benefits functional knowledge
  • Experience building reports
  • Advanced excel skills
