Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote People Team Business Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing strategic guidance as a trusted partner to key leaders
  • Partnering with leaders, Finance and Talent Acquisition to create and execute on headcount plans
  • Harmonizing policies and practices between the HQ functional teams & the field healthcare group(s)

Qualifications Include:

  • Have demonstrated experience delivering integrated HR solutions
  • Have a "GSD" (get stuff done) mentality
  • 5+ years of experience as a Human Resource generalist/ business partner
  • BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience)
