Remote People Team Coordinator
Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote People Team Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interfacing and partnering with PEOs for new hire offer letters
- Sending offer letters to candidates via DocuSign
- Generating equity side letters for PEO employees
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Offsites and Happy Hours
- Proven work experience in a coordinator or operations role
- Hands on experience with HRIS systems and practices
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
