Job Summary

A food and beverage company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Acting as a trusted advisor, thoughtful sounding board, and business partner
• Establishing metrics and measurements of the effectiveness of HR programs and initiative
• Executing appropriate labor and employee relations policies and practices

Position Requirements Include:

• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience
• 5 years leading HR and managing people
• Executive presence with exceptional communication skills
• Has served as confidant & partner to managers & senior leaders across all facets of HR
• Meaningful experiencing in the creation and publishing thought leadership content
• A strong network of other HR leaders & professionals
