Job Summary
A food and beverage company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as a trusted advisor, thoughtful sounding board, and business partner
- Establishing metrics and measurements of the effectiveness of HR programs and initiative
- Executing appropriate labor and employee relations policies and practices
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience
- 5 years leading HR and managing people
- Executive presence with exceptional communication skills
- Has served as confidant & partner to managers & senior leaders across all facets of HR
- Meaningful experiencing in the creation and publishing thought leadership content
- A strong network of other HR leaders & professionals
