Job Summary
A travel industry startup is seeking a Remote People Vice President in San Diego.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating with executive leadership to model the organization's long-term mission and goals
- Designing an effective organizational structure for our global HR, Learning, and Development, and Talent Acquisition teams
- Building a world-class talent acquisition and retention program
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience in multinational high growth organizations
- 7+ years experience in Organizational Design and Development
- 7+ years in talent development and acquisition
- Experience designing and deploying global talent strategies and processes, engaging all stakeholders
- Deep skills & experience in all major HR areas
