Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Remote PeopleOps Director in Salt Lake City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Oversee the employee lifecycle and all People Operations programs
- Manage relationships with various people operations vendors and platforms
- Supervise the People Operations team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional experience in the human resources space, likely as a generalist
- Deep understanding of performance management, with experience managing robst learning and development programs
- Experience in diversity, inclusion and equity work
- Exceptional skill in active listening; ability to understand and connect with employees at all levels of the organization
- Experience working on distributed teams across multiple time zones, ideally within a tech company
- Management experience
