Job Summary
A university campus that offers majors in traditional arts and performance is searching for a person to fill their position for a PeopleSoft Developer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Determining business & reporting requirements, working with the end-user community & translating into technical specifications
- Developing, testing and documenting PeopleSoft upgrades, customizations, enhancements and reports
- Providing pre- and post-PeopleSoft implementation/upgrade technical support
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Effective problem solver and troubleshooter
- 2+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft applications
- 2+ years of experience with PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, etc
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
