Job Summary
A systems integration company is filling a position for a Remote PeopleSoft Financial Functional Consultant in Plano.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing 24x7 support as required
- Providing root cause analysis and resolution
- Supporting per Service Level Agreement
Qualifications for this position include:
- Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Experience of entire project lifecycle
- Skills to effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Skills to detects inefficiencies or conflicts in systems and processes and helps to identify effective improvements
- Understanding of ITIL Service Support concepts including Incident, Request and Problem Management
- All other requirements necessary for this position
