Remote Per Diem Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A university has a current position open for a Remote Per Diem Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Practitioner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assisting with medication management and adjustments pre-procedure
• Placing pre-procedure orders for labs, testing, etc
• Evaluating patients for post-procedure complications

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum eight years of experience in cardiovascular nursing as an RN and/or NP
• Minimum two years of experience as an NP
• Minimum three years of charge nurse or other nursing leadership position
• Previous experience writing clinical protocols and/or clinical practice guidelines
• Active RN and NP license in California
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
