Job Summary

A postsecondary online academic university has an open position for a Remote Perdoceo Education HR Business Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and maintaining partnerships across the organization
• Maintaining strong business acumen
• Providing consultation on job creation, analysis, and design

Position Requirements Include:

• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience supporting large organizations
• 2 or more years of Employee Relations experience
• Experience in creating and analyzing HR data
• Recognizes HR challenges and applies innovative solutions
• Strong analytical abilities, in pulling and manipulating data, as well as interpreting data for clients and other customers
• Solid performance consulting skills at all levels, including senior leaders
