A software technology company is seeking a Remote Performance and Career Development Employee Engagement Director in San Mateo.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Advancing existing practices related to company-wide engagement surveys
- Leading execution and ongoing development of key global talent management strategies
- Partnering with stakeholders to harmonize and evolve existing career pathing initiatives
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience creating or building and executing global talent management programs
- Prior experience in a public company and working with stakeholders around the globe
- 10+ years HR experience with expertise talent management/organizational development/talent development, and HRBP roles
- Experience managing external talent management vendors
- Experience working at all levels of the organization from senior leaders to front line employees
- Strong communication, relationship building and influencing skills
