Job Summary
An educational technology company that produces learning management system software and content has an open position for a Remote Performance Coach and Trainer.
Must be able to:
- Develop, plan, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive new hire sales, product, process training
- Develop, plan, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive ongoing training to Global Business Development team
- Recognize learning opportunities and develop/deliver training to affect performance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience; sales experience in e-learning or technology oriented field
- Proficiency with instructional design concepts/tools and LMS administration
- Formal understanding of Insight Selling – Challenger Sales Methodology
- Ability to learn new software applications and then train others
- Ability to apply business and industry knowledge to training decisions and solutions
